The books gave me recognition and guidance, so I wanted to know more. The healing leadership program with Marieke has been even more valuable to me. 
Marieke knows how to mirror, gives clarity and brings both comfort and discomfort, by creating awareness and self-reflection. What is systematically mine and what is the other's? Which patterns help me and what can I say goodbye to? What is my strength and what is my shadow side? 
By removing these blockages, there was room for my essence. This way I can make more impact in the purest form of myself. The process and certainly the representations give so much clarity, connection and healing. It has enriched me as a person and as a professional.

"After the first fase of my burn-out, with rising energylevels, I did something slightly uncomfortable. But it turned out to be a great gamechanger. I enrolled to a sequence of two individual sessions and a three-day retreat with a focus on systemic constellations, under expert guidance by Marieke. This helped reveal and dissolve energyleaks, obstructive patterns and other negative distortions in my system. It also helped (re-)surfacing my true personal mission for this life. Never have I gained so much relief and clarity in such a short time frame. After day one of the retreat I found myself smiling again - for no apperent reason". 

During Marieke's course 'Healing Organizations' I learned very much what is mine, and what is the other person's responsibility. I was inclined to carry many monkeys on my shoulders, because I feel and see where systemblindness leads to neglect. Also, I am someone who likes to do things right. But now I don't let myself be taken for someone else's ride. I can take much better care of myself and my team because with every request I keep asking questions about my task, responsibility, authority and intended effect on the whole. When these do not "make sense" and contribute to the essence of our work, I hand back the assignment.
