Private Systemic Sessions
Private Sessions (60 or 90 minutes) are intended for executives, founders, physicians and entrepreneurs who carry significant responsibility and are seeking clarity beyond conventional leadership, strategy or performance frameworks.
These systemic sessions offer a private online space for profound systemic insight, energetic recalibration and leadership alignment. We have a video call via Zoom, Whatsapp or Signal.
The work integrates systemic intelligence, organizational sociology, changemanagement, executive dynamics and intuitive perception to uncover the deeper underlying patterns influencing decision-making, authority, organizational wellbeing and personal direction.
Particular attention is given to persistent or recurring dynamics that remain unresolved despite experience, former consultants, expertise or conventional interventions.
Private Systemic Sessions may include:
- identifying unconscious systemic patterns, inherited loyalties and hidden dynamics within leadership, family or organizational systems
- clearing founder-related entanglements and energetic imprints connected to authority, succession, responsibility and executive positioning
- restoring clarity, coherence and integrity within boards, partnerships, leadership teams and organizational structures
- diagnosing underlying causes of stagnation, conflict, exhaustion, fragmentation or recurring dysfunction within organizations
- strengthening the integration of intuitive intelligence with strategic, analytical and academic leadership capacities
- supporting alignment between leadership, personal mission, organizational purpose and long-term vision
- restoring energetic coherence and grounded executive presence amidst complexity and pressure
- addressing deeper distortions such as over-responsibility, codependency, self-abandonment, narcissistic dynamics or loss of inner authority
